While in New Delhi for a teaching camp, I came across a well known fugitive and immediately conducted a civic arrest.
Grandmaster Parimarjan Negi, who played board one for India in their Bronze-medal performance in 2014. The author of four books in the Grandmaster Repertoire series of 1.e4 books, with two books missing! After he claimed to have made considerable progress on Volume 5, he managed to wrestle himself free and run away. Only time will tell how truthful he was.
Ah, there is the fugitive 😉
It would be very sad, if we could never hold a GM-Repertoire about the Ruy Lopez in our hands.
But Negi 5 will be about the “other” half open games if I remember correctly.

Ahhhh, he escaped?! You should have used a taser on him!
Apparently it is not a serious crime to not write a book in India…
